WHAT IS KRIPALU YOGA? Kripalu yoga is a style of yoga that incorporates the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Through yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mediation, our body's needs and cues are honored in a compassionate and mindful way. This practice of yoga brings a feeling of balance and well-being not only to our physical bodies, but to our minds and hearts. Over time, this feeling of well-being trickles into our daily lives, enabling us to decrease stress. Kripalu yoga can range from gentle and restorative to vigorous and strengthening.
